Riccardo Balia is a Ph.D. student at the University of Cagliari, where he previously received his BSc and MSc in Computer Science. He is currently member of the Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Laboratory in the University of Cagliari, and partecipates in several research projects. His research fields include computer vision, audio analysis, and deep/machine learning applicated to different domains, e.g. computer-aided diagnosis, smart cities, energy.
